  • Soften Philadelphia brand light sour cream at room temperature for 20 minutes.
  • Place in medium mixing bowl with Breakstone's light sour cream, Cool Whip lite, sugar-free raspberry jam, sweetener, and powdered ginger.
  • Mix with electric blender until all ingredients are well-blended. Let stand 5 minutes then serve with fresh fruits of choice.

Notes

You can also make this into a tasty spread for banana bread, graham crackers, etc... Simply substitute 1/3 cup drained, unsweetened, crushed pineapple for the raspberry jam and leave out the Cool Whip and ginger.
