  • Cook spaghetti. Drain and rinse with cold water. Cool.
  • Boil olive oil, sugar and vinegar. Cool. Dice vegetables, mix all together.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Serve cold.

Notes

*Preparation time is approx. 30 minutes Note: I find you can adjust amounts or use or omit any vegetable you like or dislike. I have also used bottled Italian dressing, instead of the oil, sugar and vinegar. You can even experiment with different pastas.
