  • Brown pork chops slightly in a non-stick skillet. Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix together cream of mushroom soup, ketchup, and Worcestershire Sauce.
  • When pork chops are brown, place them in a large casserole dish. Cover them with the fresh-sliced onion rings. Top all of that with your soup mixture.
  • Bake for 1 hour. Makes its own gravy.


This meal is especially good served with boiled potatoes and green beans. I find it helpful to line my casserole dish with aluminum foil.

    I was a little leary with the sauce combo but, these turned out great!! Very tender and a great change from breaded porkchops!!

    I thought you could taste the ketchup too much. If I were to cook it again, I would omit the ketchup.
