  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil. Cut potatoes into wedges (about 8 wedges per potato). Combine potatoes, seasonings mix and olive oil in gallon Ziploc bag (or toss to coat with hands). Shake and mix together well.
  • Pour onto aluminum foil lined baking sheet.
  • Bake in the oven for 20 minutes (or until done) turning once.


My kids loved these and there healthier than fried potatoes.

    I searched and searched and finally came back to kraftfoods and found your recipe for oven fried potatoes and it was fantastic i like the kick that the dry italian dressing mix gives to the potatoes I also sprinkled a little parmagan cheese when it came out of the oven and a little bit of salt and cracked pepper thanks i will make it again and again !!!!!
