  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine shredded chicken, both cans of soup, Ro*Tel tomatoes, onions and bite size pieces of tortilla in a large bowl.
  • Then pour into a greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Top with shredded cheese. Bake covered for 35 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 15 minutes.
  • Allow the casserole to sit 5-10 minutes after removing it from the oven before serving. Serve with lettuce, tomato, olives and sour cream.
