  • Preheat oven to 350°. Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with butter flavor cooking spray, and place the roast in the dish.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the seasoning mix & soups, mixing well. Pour the soup mixture on top of the roast. Place the vegetables on top of the soup mixture. Cover & seal with aluminum foil.
  • Bake for 1 hour 45 minutes or until done.

Notes

You may substitute any type of roast (chuck, blade steak, 7 bone, etc). I have also tried most all of the "cream" types of soup, & they all work well. I serve this with really good bread & butter on the side.

    anybody can make this, no measuring! super easy and good. it made its own gravy. I served this over bow-tie pasta and it was a hit.

    I have made this 3 times thinking I would have at least some leftovers for lunch the next day, not a chance. It's great no measuring dump and bake!
