  • In a bowl, combine Stove Top Stuffing and 1/3 cup of water. Let soak for 5 minutes. Peel onion, grate finely. In another bowl combine ground turkey, onion, lemon juice (or vinegar), salt & pepper. Mix ingredients together and let sit for 5 minutes. Combine crumb mixture until well blended. Roll meat mixture into even meat balls with hands.
  • In a skillet, heat butter until melted. Add meatballs, a few at a time. Shake pan constantly and cook meat until brown all around and cooked through. Remove meatballs from pan when done.
  • Sauce:
  • Add 3/4 cup hot water to skillet. Scrap up brownings, strain scraping. On medium heat cook liquid again until reduced. Add Half-and-Half for smoother consistency if desired. Season to taste.
