Frozen peas are much better in this salad than canned peas. Fresh peas would be great too.
Hint for boiling eggs: I put eggs in sauce pan before adding water. Then add enough cold water to cover eggs. Bring to a boil then cover and remove from heat. Let set for at least 15 minutes, then remove eggs from water. Let eggs cool completely before peeling. Eggs are less likely to crack if done this way.
