Recipe great to prepare the night before and heat up on the grill.
Depending on if you like your ribs chewy or falling off of the bone, you can cook how you like prior to grilling.
I make the base rub with brown sugar and chili powder and throw other spices in as I feel like. Easy to adjust the spiciness by adding/subtracting chili powder. Great for the experimenter.
Creates a nice sweet and spicy flavor. I have never had a complaint.
