  • Mix together turkey, egg, bread crumbs, onion and soy sauce. Line a 9x13" casserole dish with aluminum foil.
  • Roll turkey mixture into approximately 1 1/2 inch balls and place into casserole dish. Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
  • Meanwhile, mix together all sauce ingredients into a small saucepan. Heat on medium just until the sugar is melted. After the meatballs have cooked 25 minutes, pour sauce over and around meatballs. Cook another 20 minutes.
  • To serve, remove meatballs and pour extra sauce in a bowl. Great with rice - you can spoon the extra sauce onto the rice.


I made this as a complete fluke - I knew I wanted to make turkey meatballs, but didn't know what ingredients I had, so I just started putting things together and it turned out great! Even my husband really loved it. He didn't even know it was turkey until I told him, either. So if you have family members who say they don't like ground turkey, give them these and they won't know the difference! Super yummy!
