  • Juice lemons reserving 4 thin slices. Mix butter, garlic and pepper making a paste. Combine juice and Worcestershire sauce. Put steaks in a shallow dish and rub both sides with 1 to 2 tsp. of butter mixture. Place a lemon slice on top of each steak. Pour marinade over the top remembering to lift each steak to allow the marinade to touch the underside. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour.
  • Meanwhile wash potatoes and place on individual sheets of foil, leave them wet. Poke holes in potato and sprinkle with salt. Place 1 tablespoon of butter on each potato and wrap tightly. Grill for 1 hour over med to med-high heat, turning frequently. (Timing usually works well while your steaks are marinating.)
  • Heat grill to med-high heat. Grill steaks until desired doneness (10-12 min for med to med-rare). In a small pan melt remaining butter mixture.
  • To serve: Drizzle each steak with butter mixture and top each potato with 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine, cheese, sour cream, bacon and chives.
