Very good recipe for cookouts or really anytime of the year. I make this for parties and get a lot of compliments and always have to give the recipe out. I also learned that I have to make double the ingredients, if not, it goes really fast and people will complain. Thanks Pat
I have been making this recipe for years. I first started making this recipe when we were stationed in West Germany over 12 years ago now. I started making this same recipe with a couple of different ingredients in addition to black olives which sometimes I leave out depending on whom I am making it for. I also would add sour cream and guacamole to it as well for a richer flavor. I would serve it either with flour tortia chips or as a dip to be used with tortia chips as well as corn chips.
