  • Cook tri-colored noodles according to package directions. Drain well. While noodles are cooking chop pepper and onion into 1/2 inch pieces. Quarter pepperoni slices.
  • After noodles have drained, pour into a large bowl. Add 3/4 bottle of Italian Dressing, peppers, olives, onions and pepperoni. Mix together well. Add remainder of dressing if desired.
  • All vegetables are optional. Pasta salad is ready to eat warm or can be refrigerated.

Special Equipment Needed


You can really put any vegetable that you'd like in this pasta salad and the dressing is to be added to taste. I find that if you refrigerate for about 1 hour after cooking, the dressing sinks to the bottom so be sure to stir well before serving if you refrigerate.
