  • Soak wooden skewers in cold water for a minimum of 30 minutes to prevent burning.
  • Mix all ingredients thoroughly (except chicken). Add chicken and marinate for 2-3 hours in refrigerator.
  • Thread chicken pieces onto skewers. Boil marinade to use for basting. Grill on BBQ (preferred method), basting frequently with marinade until chicken is done (approximately 15-20 minutes).

Absolutely Delicious! This recipe was given to me by my former brother-in-law almost 10 years ago, and I have been making it ever since! Truly worth the time, Enjoy! Great with rice, and a salad!
