  • Rinse chicken in warm water and chop wings into parts if using whole wings. In large bowl or pan season chicken to taste before browning.
  • Prepare rack for chicken to drain on.
  • Heat large fry pan with 1/4 cup olive or canola oil (medium high heat), brown chicken wings. Remove and add chicken as needed. When chicken is all browned, remove and let drain of oil.
  • Pour salsa and stewed tomatoes in pan. Add seasoning to taste with seasoning salt and pepper. Add garlic and cilantro.
  • Place chicken back in pan and reduce heat. Simmer for about 30 to 45 minutes. Serve over yellow rice of pasta.
