Thanksgiving in a Pasta Shell

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 9 x 13 baking pan or dish. Cook shells as package directs BUT only until firm to bite (about 13 minutes). Drain well and set it in sink.
  • Place turkey and stuffing in food processor or blender and pulse until finely ground and combined. Place mixture in bowl along with cream cheese, parmesan cheese, mayonnaise and 2 cups of the mozzarella cheese. Mix until well blended
  • Spread 1/2 cup of gravy on the bottom of prepared dish. Stuff shells with turkey mixture, place shells in tight rows in pan, top with remaining gravy and remaining 2 cups of mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake covered for 45 minutes uncover and cook additional 10 minutes until top is brown and bubbly. Allow to cool 5 minutes before serving.
