  • In a bowl, combine milk, flour, eggs, oil, and sugar. Beat with rotary beater until well mixed.
  • Heat a lightly greased 6-inch skillet. Remove from heat. Spoon in 2 TABLESPOONS of batter; lift and tilt skillet to spread the batter evenly. Return to heat; brown on one side only. Invert pan over paper towels; remove crepe. Repeat with remaining batter; then set aside.
  • With a hand mixer, beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Add heavy cream, sugar, and yogurt. Beat on high until soft peaks form (tips curl). Set aside.
  • Place 1 crepe on a plate and spoon in cream cheese mixture. Wrap up and then place another crepe on the plate. Spoon in cream cheese mix and wrap up. Set aside. Mix the cherries and cherry juice together and pour on top of crepes. Repeat with the rest of the crepes. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
