This is the first cheesecake I ever made. I was afraid to even attempt to make cheesecake. The instructions were very detailed and helped a lot. I substituted 1/2 whipping cream for the sour cream and it still turned out very good. I will be making this recipe again. I added cherry topping on mine. Now that I have made one, I might try swirling the cherry filling in the mix before I bake it.
