  • 1. Salt & pepper one side of fillets and drizzle with olive oil.
  • 2. Place seasoned side down on the skillet (I used my griddle). Season and drizzle other side before flipping.
  • 3. Let cook for about 2-3 min on each side.
  • 4. Place on serving dish. Splash fresh lemon juice on fillets and place slices of lemon on the fish. Serve warm.


This meal is incredible with orzo pasta and mixed organic greens on the side. I made a simple Dijon vinaigrette to drizzle over salad and fish. YUMM!! Vinaigrette: 1/2 juiced lemon 1 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard Salt/pepper 1/2 cup olive taste
