  • Add crab claw meat to a large bowl. Add egg and mix well. Zest your lemon and add lemon zest. Slice the lemon in half and squeeze the lemon juice into the bowl making sure not to get any seeds in the crab meat.
  • Mix, then add the salt and pepper. Add to your liking and mix well. Add your bread crumbs and stir making sure that all of the liquid is absorbed. You may need more bread crumbs.
  • Make into 6 patties and place on a plate. Sprinkle the tops of the patties with the dill. Place in the refrigerater for 30 minutes.
  • After the thirty minutes, get a large frying pan hot, and add the butter. Take the patties out of the refrigerater and place in the pan dill side up.
  • Don't mess with the patties they could fall apart. Cook 3 to 4 minutes per side or until nice and brown. Enjoy
