  • Preheat oven to 350'F. Prepare cake mix as directed on box. Pour into a 9x13" baking pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 32-35 minutes or until done.
  • While cake is baking, mix sugar, shredded coconut, vanilla flavoring, coconut flavoring and milk in a small saucepan. Over medium heat bring mixture to a soft boil. Remove from heat and let cool while cake is baking.
  • When cake is done, remove from oven and let cool 10 minutes. Poke holes in top of cake with fork. Pour cooled coconut mixture on top of cake. Let cool completely.
  • When cake is cooled, prepare instant pudding per pie directions. Pour over cake evenly. Top with Cool Whip. For finishing touch, sprinkle with 1 cup shredded coconut and refrigerate until ready to serve.
