  • In a frying pan at medium heat cube the tofu, sliver the pepper, and cut the onion into 3 inch lengths. Heat for two minutes.
  • Then simmer till veggies are tender crisp or 3 minutes.
  • Serve as a side dish, quick lunch or, after cooling, on top of lettuce with Kraft Ranch Dressing, sesame and sunflower seeds.

Notes

The salad makes a nice crunchy addition to any meal.
