  • Combine sugar and only 1/2 the apple cider vinegar in a medium size microwaveable bowl.
  • Stir. Place the bowl in the microwave and cook on high for 2 minutes. Stir.
  • Add rest of the vinegars, olive oil, seasoned pepper, and seasoned salt and gently stir until sugar is totally dissolved.
  • Cube the chilled cucumber and tomato into 3/4" pieces and stir/toss with the liquid in the bowl. Allow to set 15 minutes before serving.
  • Extra: Vidalia or sweet onion rings from one medium sized onion may be added for more taste variety and color attraction.
