It was OK the way it was, I went exactly by the instructions but I still found myself needing more salt, A1 Sauce, & flour--it does NOT thicken up like the picture shows, kinda disappointed in that because when it was done it looked more like beef soup. We tried the egg noodles as suggested but my family & I were all in agreement it would have tasted better with rice.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I found it not to have enough seasonings. I found it not to have enough seasonings. I didn't have diced tomatoes so I used crushed tomatoes. I served it over rice instead of noodles. I will make it again but will season the beef along with the A1 steak sauce and will use diced tomatoes.I also let the steak sit overnight in the refrigerator in the A1 steak sauce.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Made this tonight for company. Made this tonight for company. Everyone really liked it. It was super easy, which I loved. I didn't have diced tomatoes, so I used stewed tomatoes intead. I didn't serve it on top of anything, we ate it along-side baked potatoes. The flavor was great, just needed some salt upon serving.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Loved it! Loved it! I cut the meat into smaller pieces as some have suggested. I do agree that maybe letting the meat sit overnight in the A1 sauce would be better....adding more flavor. Overall, very good. Will make again with that small tweak. :)

Rated 4 out of 5 by from My boyfriend and I really enjoyed this meal. My boyfriend and I really enjoyed this meal. The meat was so tender and a great flavor. I wish that the liquid would have been a little thicker, but that's our only 'complaint'. We made it with egg noodles, as suggested.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I found this like most recipes on the site a bit on the bland side. I found this like most recipes on the site a bit on the bland side. I will make it again but seriously spice the meat with garlic, pepper, and salt. I'm also going to add some carrots and maybe mushrooms.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I made this today and it was De-lish. I made this today and it was De-lish. I seasoned my meat with salt and pepper before I added it to the crock pot. Also I added a half a cup of A.1. sauce. I will make this again.
