  • 1. Preheat oven to 350.
  • 2. Mix together butter, 3/4 cup of honey and lemon juice until well blended. Combine flour, oats, & wheat germ. Mix into honey mixture. Spread evenly into ungreased 9 X 13 baking pan. Set aside.
  • 3. Beat eggs while gradually pouring 1/4 cup of honey. Stir in almonds, chocolate chips, dates, apricots, coconut, & sesame seeds until they are evenly distributed & well coated. Spread over crust in pan.
  • 4. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until center is set and the top lightly browned. Cool and cut into bars.
