  • PREHEAT oven to 375. Combine soup, sour cream and pepper in a large bowl; blend well. Stir in potatoes, onions, pimientos, Kraft cheddar and Swiss cheese.
  • SPOON into Reynolds Pot Lux Cookware 8x8 Pan in an even layer; sprinkle with parmesan cheeses. Place pan on a cookie sheet.
  • BAKE uncovered on a cookie sheet 1 to 1 1/4 hours or until bubbling and golden brown. Use supporting cookie sheet to remove pan from oven; allow pan to cool several minutes on cookie sheet before lifting pan by handles.

Special Equipment Needed


You may also add 1/4 cup of milk to the potatoes mix before you put the dish in the oven. Some times the mix tends to be thick and milk can help. Some other variations are that I like to add grilled chicken with some diced onions and green peppers. This recipe is a party favorite. If you need more I usually double up the recipe and use a large roasting pan; baking the dish for about 1 to 1 3/4 hours till golden. You may serve immediately or cool 15 to 20 minutes. This can even be frozen if needed.
