  • Cut zucchinis in half. Cut the round side 1/4 inch so it turns into a stable base. Scoop the center out with a spoon or a melon baller. Chop and save the insides of the zucchinis.
  • Mix all the ingredients together and fill the canoes. Sprinkle some more cheese on top.
  • Bake at 350° for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
