  • Preheat grill.
  • To make the salsa, combine mango, pepper, onion, cilantro and lime juice in a nonreactive bowl. Season with salt and pepper and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Can be made ahead to this point.
  • Brush tuna steaks with a little olive oil and grill for approximately 10 minutes over high heat. Serve topped with a little of the mango salsa.
