  • Combine all ingredients (except olive oil, tomato and cheese) in mixing bowl. Mix well. Divide into 4 patties.
  • Heat olive oil in large non-stick skillet; cook patties until browned and cooked through, about 4 min on each side. Remove from heat.
  • Heat oven to broil. Cut tomato into 4 slices. Place slices in a single layer in a baking dish; season with salt & pepper. Place a turkey patty on each tomato slice and 1 slice of cheese; broil until cheese is melted.
