  • Mix the olive oil, vinegar and garlic in a small bowl. Mix in the yogurt.
  • Leave the mixture in the fridge till you will use it (minimum 1-2 hours).
  • Use pita bread (whole or you can cut it into triangles), pour some of the yogurt mixture (at your taste) garnish with cucumber and olives, and the oregano.

*If you prefer, you can use garlic salt instead of garlic. The amount will depend on how strong you want it; omit the salt if you use garlic salt. **If using self made yogurt instead of Greek yogurt, make sure that it's very thick. Delicious and healthy.
