  • Take zucchini pieces and pan fry in butter on medium heat stirring occasionally. Cook small amount (decent handful) of seasoned fries according to package.
  • Meanwhile: crumble and cook turkey sausage. Cut lunch meat into small bite sized pieces and add to cooked sausage while still in the pan. Beat eggs to scramble and poor into the pan with the meat mixture. Scramble eggs with the meat mixture until eggs are done. Remove from heat and set aside. Zucchini and fries should be done by now. Zucchini needs to be tender and fries crispy.
  • Prepare flour tortilla: Use enough honey mustard to cover the center of tortilla. Cover honey mustard with shredded cheese blend. Layer fries, egg and meat mixture, and zucchini over the cheese. Roll tortilla burrito style and enjoy!!
