This needs no extra spices and it works great.
The sauce did not really thicken, like the recipe states - it separated. I cooked it on low for 8 hours. The meat was very tender - definitely no knife needed. And the meat was very flavorful!...But not so much a bbq flavor - more of a ketchupy flavor. But it WAS very good and will probably make again. It was the most tender ribs I've ever had.
