  • Break broccoli and cauliflower into florets, thinly slice onions and separate into rings, thinly slice radishes, slice green, yellow and red peppers into thin sticks and cut sticks in 1/2 or thirds.
  • Marinate about two hours in Kraft Light Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing with sugar.
  • Just before serving stir in English walnuts and dried cranberries.

Notes

A very good and healthy sweet and sour fresh vegetable salad.
