  • 1. Dice the vegetables into bite sized pieces.
  • 2. Saute the garlic and onions until transparent.
  • 3. Crush the stewed tomatoes by hand.
  • 4. Add the tomatoes and vegetables to the onions and garlic mixture.
  • 5. Season turkey cutlets with salt & pepper.
  • 6. Cook cutlets in pan with 1 teaspoon olive oil.
  • 7. Cook until vegetables are soft.
  • 8. Rinse and add the beans.
  • 9. Add chili powder to taste.
  • 10. Shred turkey cutlets and add to the chili.

Notes

This recipe can be changed up according to your tastes. I make subtle changes when I make it myself.
