  • Cut your bagel in half and toast it. While your bagel is toasting, cut your avocado and tomato into slices.
  • When your bagel is finished toasting, spread a generous amount of cream cheese on your bagel halves and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Add on one half of the bagel your avocado slices and tomato slices, then your alfalfa sprouts, and top with the other half of the bagel. Enjoy!

Notes

Easier to eat when cut in half!
