  • Cut onions, squash, and zucchini in chucks. Cut up red peppers. If using fresh mushrooms, cut them up.
  • Heat a large skillet at med-high. Add olive oil, cooking wine, Italian seasoning, and chopped garlic. Add all veggies cook till tender.
  • Meanwhile cook angel hair pasta. Drain pasta. Plate pasta and spoon over veggies. Top with Kraft Parmesan Cheese. Salt and pepper to taste
