  • Preheat oven 350 degrees F. Peel potatoes, cut potatoes in half, then slice them like your gonna make potato chips. Boil them about 20 minutes or until tender. Drain potatoes.
  • Cut about 1 and 1/2 cups of Velveeta cheese. Add about 1/4 cup of milk to cheese.
  • In a glass square or round baking pan, put half of the potatoes in pan, then half of the cheese, and half of the milk. Then the rest of the potatoes, cheese, and milk.
  • Put in the oven and bake for 15 minutes.

Special Equipment Needed


The best homemade au gratin potatoes. If you desire, you could add bacon bits. I do sometimes.
