  • Tenderize meat if not already done at the butcher. Salt and pepper meat to taste. Add Cajun spice to flour and mix. Heat oil to 375 degrees F.
  • Dip meat into flour till completely covered on both sides, dredge in egg and then roll into cracker crumbs till fully covered. Repeat 3 times.
  • Add to the pan one at a time till they are all in. Cook until golden brown and then flip. It should take about 5-8 min per side.


You can also make homemade gravy with the drippings from the steaks. I serve mine with homemade mashed potatoes and freshly snapped green beans with bacon and onions. It is a delicious southern meal for your hungry hunters!!!
