This is easy and simple to make and is very healthy with an excellent flavor. It can be eaten plain, or mixed with lettuce greens as a salad.
It can be used as a topping on baked potatoes. It can be mixed with cooked macaroni in a salad and/or add a small can of tuna to it also.
It can be used as a dip or spread with chips, crackers or cocktail bread or toasted buttered bread quarters. It can be mashed up into a paste also for spreading.
I have tried it all these ways and it is just so good and soothing no matter what way.
