  • Peel and chop avocado. Chop tomatoes. Dice pepper. Snip chives.
  • Mix all and add Kraft Dressing to consistency of your choice. (No need to add lemon or lime juice to avocado as the mixture will keep it from darkening without the added juices.)


This is easy and simple to make and is very healthy with an excellent flavor. It can be eaten plain, or mixed with lettuce greens as a salad. It can be used as a topping on baked potatoes. It can be mixed with cooked macaroni in a salad and/or add a small can of tuna to it also. It can be used as a dip or spread with chips, crackers or cocktail bread or toasted buttered bread quarters. It can be mashed up into a paste also for spreading. I have tried it all these ways and it is just so good and soothing no matter what way.
