  • Wash potatoes, peel and slice into thin slices. Put butter in a medium pan that has a cover, put on medium heat. Take kielbasa out of packages and slice them to about 1/4-inch thick. Take and chop onion in small squares.
  • Put onions in the melted butter and saute. Then add the potatoes and kielbasa and add salt and pepper.
  • Cook on medium heat for about 20-25 minutes or until potatoes are soft enough to be easily cut into with a fork. ENJOY!

This dish is quick and easy and pretty cheap if I might add. It's great for breakfast or even a quick munch food, just size down the portions. My husband and two year old ask for this often and if you want to add scrambled eggs, just get 4 or 5 eggs and scramble them and add them in about three minutes before it's ready to be plated up. If you like things spicy add a few drops of any flavor hot sauce you like. The potatoes and kielbasa can be cut up smaller and this recipe can be used as a great, healthy breakfast burrito. It is my husband's favorite morning breakfast. Thanks for your time! I hope you and your families enjoy!!!
