This dish is quick and easy and pretty cheap if I might add. It's great for breakfast or even a quick munch food, just size down the portions.
My husband and two year old ask for this often and if you want to add scrambled eggs, just get 4 or 5 eggs and scramble them and add them in about three minutes before it's ready to be plated up.
If you like things spicy add a few drops of any flavor hot sauce you like. The potatoes and kielbasa can be cut up smaller and this recipe can be used as a great, healthy breakfast burrito.
