  • Melt sugar in skillet till caramelizes (will be golden brown). Pour 1/2 into 2 bread loaf pans. Swirl to coat. Blend milks, eggs, cream cheese & vanilla in blender until well blended. Let sit.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Place 2 inches of water in 10x13 pan. Divide filling in blender into 2 bread loaf pans and place in 10x13 pan.
  • Bake about 1 hour 10 minutes until set. Let cool. Unmold unto serving platter. Chill, Cut into slices and garnish with Cool Whip and strawberry.

Notes

This makes 2 pans. Great for large family gatherings or pot lucks. From sister-in-law in Puerto Rico.
