  • Preheat oven to 350*F. Boil 6 cups water and dash of salt. Pour pasta in water and let boil until tender. Drain pasta. Pour into working bowl. Put 1 stick butter, salt, and pepper; mix well. You want to try to cool pasta down just a little. Put your cheeses, but leave 1 cup of cheddar out. Mix the eggs in one at a time.
  • Put mixture into your mac baking dish. Cut up remaining butter, place on top, and add the rest of cheese on top.
  • Bake until golden brown on top, around 30-35 minutes.

Special Equipment Needed


You may mix the cheese to your liken. Try to pick the ones that melt the best. Velveeta works great. Cut the cheese to your liken. As long as you mix well. It’s best to make the cheese by itself. Add a dash pepper around on the top for color. Bake until the cheese is good and malted!!
