  • Prepare the watermelon by removing seeds and cutting into blueberry sized pieces. Place watermelon in a colander or sieve to drain.
  • In a medium bowl, blend together watermelon gelatin and water. Fold the whipped topping into the watermelon gelatin mixture. Add drained watermelon and continue to fold until all ingredients are incorporated. Mound mixture into prepared crust.
  • Cool in refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from This recipe was good. This recipe was good. It would have been very bland had I not added more spices and jalapeno's. Even with adding a few more ingredient's it could have been more flavorful. I will make this recipe again and just try adding more spices and peppers.
