  • Pour whipping cream into electric mixer. Set mixer to "stir" or lowest setting. Gradually add pudding mix to the mixer. Increase speed to medium-high. Add one sliced banana. Mix for 30 seconds or so until mixture is light and fluffy. (Or reduce speed to stir and mix until mixture is creamy.)
  • Spoon about half of the filling mixture into pie crust. Layer the remaining banana over mixture. Spoon remaining mixture into crust.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Special Equipment Needed


You can use a 9 oz. pie crust instead for 10 servings. Also you can garnish the pie with slices of banana. If the filling gets too whipped while you are still adding ingredients to it, add some milk to thin it down a little.
