  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a baking pan with Pam. Rinse off the salmon filets.
  • Place salmon in the pan and paint generously with Grey Poupon Dijon mustard. Season with Mrs. Dash Original Blend Seasoning, salt and fresh cracked black pepper. Sprinkle fresh or ground basil over the fish.
  • Place thin layers of margarine over the filets, 6-8 parts depending on the size of the fillet. Drizzle white wine around the fish, but not on top.
  • Cover with foil and bake for approximately 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for 5-10 minutes. Salmon should flake easily with a fork.
