  • Mix 1 1/2 cups of the flour with all dry ingredients. Heat milk & water in microwave to 120-140 degrees F. Mix with dry ingredients then add rest of the flour. (Will be thick & gooey).
  • Grease loaf pan and coat with cornmeal or bulgur wheat. Put in cool microwave and let rise till double.
  • Microwave on high for 6 1/2 minutes. Slice when completely cooled and toast. Crunchy and Yummy!

Notes

*May use white flour with cornmeal
