  • Cook pasta according to package instructions. Meanwhile, heat up the oil in a large pan and add the shallot, garlic, and pancetta. Cook until the meat is almost cooked through.
  • Add the Swiss chard and cook until it is beginning to wilt. Add the tomatoes, red pepper flakes, and season with black pepper.
  • Cover and let simmer for several minutes until the Swiss chard is fully wilted and everything is heated through. Serve with the spaghetti and top with parmesan cheese.
