Wildfire was given to us by a friend and has been in my family for many years. We have adopted this as our “go to” recipe because it is easy to follow and doesn’t require a lot of planning.
I love that it is so versatile! For instance, I usually leave out onions and it still tastes great! You can make it your own.
Also, Wildfire may be prepared, frozen, and then baked at a later time. This Mexican dish is always a favorite. When serving, corn-on-the-cob as a side dish, you can’t go wrong.
