  • Cut wings into pieces and place in a large Ziploc baggie or a large bowl. Combine milk and hot sauce in small bowl, mix well and pour over wings. Coat wings well with marinade, cover and chill for 2 - 3 hours (the longer the better).
  • In one gallon Ziploc bag or large bowl (which can be covered) combine all dry breading ingredients. Shake to mix breading. Add wings to breading and shake well to cover. Once covered place in single layer on large platter or cooking sheet and allow to rest for at 10 minutes and coat again.
  • Deep fry in 325 degrees F oil for 10 minutes. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels prior to transferring to serving dish. Serve hot with Kraft Ranch Dressing.

Special Equipment Needed


I normally put my marinating meat into a large Ziploc bag for easy clean up and I always use a large plastic Ziploc bag to coat the meat with the breading.
