  • Mix cream cheese until soft. Chop green onion finely and add to cream cheese. Slowly mix in the garlic powder to liking. (Don't add too much because the flavors will sit once refrigerated and cooked.) Refrigerate for at least 24 hours to allow the flavors and ingredients to sit and mix well.
  • After refrigerating heat up deep fryer to approx. 300 degrees F. (Or until oil is boiling) Place 1 tablespoon of mixing into the wonton towards the center and fold diagonally. Wet edges of wonton so it'll stick and not fall apart.
  • Carefully place wontons into deep fryer and cook for 30 seconds flip and then cook for another 30 seconds. Carefully remove Wontons and place on plate with paper towels and let stand for 5-10 minutes. Enjoy!
